What the app stores
We store your account name and email, authentication information, profile, games, participation, attendance, scores, announcements, reports, support requests, and operational audit records to run the service.
Who can see it
Public game details are discoverable. Participant names are shown to hosts and game members; hosts can manage their players. Private games require a current invitation or active membership. Anyone receiving an invitation can forward it. Operators can review reports and support requests.
Service providers and browser storage
The service uses Railway hosting and PostgreSQL. Google sign-in and Google venue search are used when configured; email delivery uses Resend when enabled. These providers process information needed for those services. The browser stores your session, chosen browsing location, and account-specific hosting drafts. External fonts and venue search can make requests to Google.
Optional usage measurement
If you allow measurement through Privacy choices, we count visits and game-flow events by broad traffic source and page category. We do not send analytics to an advertising provider or store names, email addresses, game IDs, invitation links or full referrer URLs in these counts. Consent is saved in this browser; session storage groups events during a tab session. You can withdraw consent using Privacy choices. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Anonymous aggregate counts are retained for 90 days. Hosting access logs and temporary abuse-prevention records are separate operational data.
Your choices
You can change game-email preferences, download your account data, and delete your account from Profile. You must first cancel or finish hosted games. Account deletion removes your login and profile and anonymizes historical game records; other participants retain non-identifying match history. Copies in backups may remain until backup retention expires. Contact support for questions about content or retained records.
Retention
Account and game records remain while needed to operate your games and account. Operational delivery and audit records support troubleshooting and moderation. The operator must provide the applicable backup retention period and any additional retention requirements before broad launch.
