Games and court access
PickleHuddle helps people organize games; publishing a session does not book or verify a court. Hosts are responsible for accurate venue details, local start times, capacity, access arrangements, and any stated court fees. Players should confirm arrangements with their host.
Community conduct
Use accurate information, respect other players, and do not harass, impersonate, spam, or publish another person's private information. Hosts may remove players, and operators may cancel reported games. Use Report or Support to raise a concern.
Scheduling and participation
Times follow the venue time zone. A place on a waitlist is not a confirmed place; offers expire at the displayed deadline. Notify your host of late arrival or a change of plans. Calendar downloads are snapshots and do not automatically update when a game changes.
Connectivity and safety
Live queues need an internet connection. Reconnect and confirm the board before acting on an outdated screen. Choose appropriate activities for your circumstances and follow venue rules. This service is not an emergency reporting channel.
Your account
Keep account access private. You can manage your information and request help through Profile and Support. Do not use the service to interfere with another person's account or session.
Operator and contact
Operated by PickleHuddle Support.
