From a plan to the first serve

1. Arrange the court and set the details

   Confirm access with the venue, then choose the city, country, venue time zone, start time, duration, skill level, courts and player limit. Explain any court fees in the description. Creating a session does not book a court.

2. Choose who can find your game

   Publish a public game for discovery, or use a private or unlisted session for your group. Share the game’s invitation link with the people you want to join. Anyone receiving a link can forward it, so share it thoughtfully.

3. Keep track of player places

   Players sign in to join. Confirmed players and waitlisted players are shown separately, so a full session does not turn into an overcrowded court. Check the roster and any expiring waitlist offers before play.

4. Run the session from the court board

   Check players in and use the live queue to manage court rotations. Keep an internet connection available, and refresh after reconnecting before acting on an old board.
